Set the ‘Run Date’ and the ‘Letter Date’ – Easy! Just takes seconds and your ready to issue deed violations.
2. Run & Record
The Run – Drive or Walk the neighborhood, select the address (listed by street), select the violation from the list, take a picture – That’s It! And more than one person can record violations at the same time – Cool!
3. Review & Mark
The Review process allows you to edit the violation or even remove it.
4. Authorize
The Authorization process is One-Click simple. When ‘Clicked’ an Authorization email is sent either to you or to us to print.
Letters include the PHOTO you just took, a UNIQUE ticket ID, and verbiage that meets your HOA needs.
